Overview

Our aim is to make learning as interesting and stimulating as possible while challenging each student to reach his/her full potential. This includes involving students in rich discussions, providing opportunties for them to explore and investigate their questions about the world and assessing their own progress. It also means rich learning activities that allow students to build depth and breadth.

A love of learning is fostered also by the large amount of specialist programs on offer plus many fun opportunities to celebrate learning as a whole school community.

Our curriculum delivery is divided into the following learning areas:

• Religious Education
• English - which incorporates Literacy Additional Support
• Mathematics - which incorporates Maths Additional Support
• Inquiry Approach- which incorporates Civics and Citizenship, Health, Humanities and Science over a two year cycle
